Yep, I noticed that as well. 2020 has been a real pain in the @ss sofar. And from july 2nd I will be out of a job because of the ffin coronavirus. And then all the anger and hate I see in the US (also here I'm afraid, but not in the insanity I see on tv from the USA) I can understand a meltdown can be just around the corner. I wish health and happiness to everyone, also to the ones who hate me.
I’ve been watching this channel since the 7th grade and I’m about to go into my 3rd year of college now! It’s always nice seeing Greg put his heart and soul into his cooking.

Heady Topper was a very popular beer in Vermont. I no longer live there, but at the time the only place you could buy it, outside of a restaurant, in Burlington was at "Pearl Street Beverage". They delivered it once a week, on Wednesday as I recall, and there was always a line there waiting for the truck to arrive and the contents of the truck would be sold immediately. I'm not a beer drinker, but the locals in Vermont were crazy for that stuff.

I feel the same. I don't like onions but I do like chips on burgers. I use to put chips on burgers when I was in middle school its good. Cooking helps the day get better especially when it's time to eat lol.

I had never thought about making cheese for a burger that way and it looks absolutely incredible. Provolone with Gouda and Cheddar is a killer combo.

Looks amazing, inspired me to make a burger today! I just got your cookbook in the mail today as well, only got to crack the surface but looking forward to really taking it in and doing some awesome sauces/rubs/marinades :D Hope you hold in there, these times definitely call to tune out the world once in a while.
