I believe they wanted to use "special shampoo for chemically treated hair " not just matrix. many brands have these kind of shampoo so you can use it, basically use sulphate free shampoo .

there is nothing like that in shampoo, it is like asking weight loss aanaa apparam neraiyaa sapitdalama :) , so you will have to use sulphate free shampoo always. or eppo ellam mudi neriya fall aagudooo apo change pannalam.
