HIK-CONNECT: HOW TO UNBIND FROM GUI

Hello Sir. Please I tried to unbind my NVR and below is the error message.
1. GUI interface ....`` Unbind timeout.
2. SADP `` Only the device in the same region with the software can be unbound from its account``
Please kindly help to unbind

You need to contact your regional support, provide a photo of the device's serial number and possibly a selfie with the device, and they will unbind it for you.
