This was the 3rd video I watched to learn how to do this. I really appreciate that you used a tinsel that contrasted against your dark hair. It made it much easier to see what was happening!
I have seen other videos too but yours is much easier to follow and tie in the tinsel. It looks amazing in salt & pepper hair too. My question now is do we shampoo our hair with the tinsel in since we are tying it in better? ❤️
Best video I have seen!!! Do they stay in when washing your hair too?? Also, note to others if u buy the tinsel on Amazon. They come in a package on a little cardboard thing and a twist tie in the middle. Hint: take one piece out at a time while the whole cardboard background and tinsel is in the plastic wrapper. U can grab one at a time. Do not make the mistake I did and take the whole cardboard of tinsel out of the plastic wrap, it’s nearly impossible to get back in!!!! Thanks for the great video!!!

They will fall out over time. If you want them to come out the next day, then don’t tie them more than twice.

Don’t use a comb or brush near your scalp. Should be fine.

i want to do the hair tinsel trend for an event but i want to take them out without ripping my natural hair out do they slide off the natural hair?
If you grab the individual tinsel & tug on it, it should slide off. If not, I would suggest taking manicure scissors to them🙂
