Bolt down the optional bench pad for comfort during hip thrusts, seal rows or Instagram reps, and adjust the height as needed by popping out the mag pins or hitch pins (both included), then adjusting the safeties, and popping them back in. It's like if your favorite weight bench and an elevator had a very flat, stable baby. Weird analogy...moving on!
The seat is steel-reinforced wood, so it doesn't require every morsel of your strength to move. And when you're done, don't worry about wheeling back and forth like you're trying to do a 25-point turn in a semi-truck. Just detach your bench and tuck it out of the way until next time. That's a big 10-4 on convenience.

Would this work on the lever arms/spotter arms for the 2.3 x 2.3 cable towers? Seems like it should with the 5/8th holes.
Yes it does, we've designed it to work with both 3x3" rack and 2.3x2.3", and both 1" holes and 5/8" holes as well.
