That was a concern of mine as well, then I remembered most all exhaust fans have a built in baffle to prevent outside air from coming in when not in use. Including these.
@@AllThings530 I talked to a builder about doing the same thing and he told me that this Y connection is not allowed by code...The built-in baffle is insufficient for preventing backdraft.

Bad idea using a y connection. Should use separate runs.
