I'm sharing what has helped me over the past few years. These have been the affirmations that I've spoken out loud to myself and have listened to on repeat. Your self-concept is different from everyone else's so this is all up to you, love. Believe it into existence. Persistence is key! :) I've listened to affirmations past 63 days, and it has become a daily routine of mine. From my experience, I gained a LOT more confidence in myself and truly feel that I am full of love. When I speak these affirmations to myself, I always say them with enthusiasm and feeling. It may feel awkward at first, but the more you do it, the more you truly embody the feeling of the words you speak. YOU GOT THIS! ❤️😊
