I don't understand from all these years I've watched him since SF5 till tekken 8 now.. he has never changed anything. Of all my years of winning and losing, I've managed to learn characters moves and adapt to every players playstyle and find ways to beat them. All he does is complain complain complain complain complain complain and never grow. Idk how he even grows from bronze ranks tbh but I do love seeing trash being waded up on a regular for what they deserve.
It's because he doesn't play fighting games with the intention of getting better. He plays them because they're his safe space, the one place in the world he has any authority. He retreated into them as a kid and never left.
