This is not genuine claypot...it is warmed up and served in claypot..big difference..I would have been totally disappointed and misled.For starters, the rice should be cooked from a raw uncooked stage in the claypot.it is actually making a mockery of authentic claypot cuisine.
Pls come and try whether is warm or hot ...
Yeah..but it would take to long to serve the customer. Probably already cooked in another claypot and stored for the day.
Pardon me. The authentic Satti Sorru is rice fried in a clay pot with leftover curry. It is a traditional Indian home-cooked dish. I bet every Indian knows the essence of the dish. Satti sorru never cooks fresh from scratch in a clay pot. Please let me know if I am wrong and have a great day ahead.
