εχω ταξιδέψει Ηγουμενίτσα -Ανγκόνα .Φανταστικο πλοίο!!!το προσωπικό απο Ιταλία ειναι νύχτα μπροστα στήν ηλιόλουστη μερα (ελληνες ναυτικοί ).Ναί οταν αφυνουν αυτοκίνητα να βγούνε μονα τους στήν Αγκόνα απο μία ραμπα.Αποτέλεσμα να ανατρέπεται το πρόγραμμα σου ειδικά οταν εχεις να διανύσεις πολλα ακόμη χιλιόμετρα!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice video. I wonder what sort of town is Igoumenitsa and is there a reason for getting off there? I have been to Cephalonia before, which is not that far away so Iguess there might be some tourists in the area. I find it strange that they can send 3 boats from Ancona every day to Greece. People really must like to travel there.
igoumenitsa is a small town with nothing special to see for tourists. but a little bit to the south there is Parga which is a beautiful small town with lots of visitors all summer and great beaches as for the boats, its the only way for travellers and trucks that are carrying goods to avoid the long (and maybe a little tricky) route through Albania, Skopia and Serbia
Igoumenitsa is a small town, but is more handy for cargo trucks to go there, because the sea trip is much shorter than going to Piraeus which is many extra hours. Also a lot of cargo come through from the north and it's a much shorter trip than going to Piraeus.
Igoumenitsa also has boats that go daily to Bari, Brindisi and Venice. The newly constructed Egnatia Highway begins right at the port of Igoumenitsa and connects north western Greece to northeastern Greece. It virtually connects Turkey to Europe. Igoumenitsa is nothing special, but the surrounding towns are definitely worth visiting if you're ever in the area. Great beaches, hotels, and night life. Sivota, Perdika, Parga, and Preveza. Check them out.

But there are many seaside villages (parga,syvota) in the part of Ionian sea and many camps.Also little cities like Preveza and small ports for Leukada and other islands there. Mostly Igoumenitsa port is connected and is the start of Egnatia highway and ends up to turkish borders in the other side of Greece...(see the map if you want,passes through many cities in northen greece). Igoumenitsa is a small port but its very important for the travellers and the economy of the north Greece

Maybe the reason is the road eastwards to Thessaloniki...
