The neighbor hasn’t seen anyone mow this tall lawn in months

- When I saw this yard I stopped and knocked on the door. Nobody answered but the neighbor told me not to waste my time since she hasn’t seen anyone at the house since last year. She asked me what I would charge to mow hers, but I don’t service this area normally, to far from my house, but this area has lots of eyesore’s, several of my videos are from this area. I told her about my channel and she was very appreciative of me getting it cleaned up.
please subscribe, like, leave comments and watch the whole video. it will help me to get a bigger truck so i can do bigger cleanups. im very limited on what i can haul off. Major overgrown edges with lots of dirt just arent possible with this ranger. I currently have to find holes to fill in to get rid of it.

Nice cleanup, Josh! Looks livable again. Perhaps you could have placed another note on that door. Explaining that you had just did the neighbors yard across the street. She may call then, because of the nice work you did. Ashame now days how people are wary of those who knock on the door. Just the days and times we are living in. ♥️👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Nothing like a freshly mowed lawn to make you feel like the world is a good place to be. Nicely done. Thank you for picking up the clippings. The neighborhood is looking better.
i have a few birds that wait for me to mow, they'll practically get a foot away from me so they can pick the bugs up, it's hilarious
Those passing vehicles gave you no quarter. They were much to€close and fast. Great work as usual. That was a messy place.

@@MrBlack-vg8rv Resist the urge to scalp your yard, it's not good for the lawn and gives weeds and clover a chance to grow.
This back yard looked really rough and bumpy. Must have either had a garden or a dog that liked to dig holes! But it looks much much better thanks to you!
When most people would say, (about the driveway) Good, I can get this job done quickly, Josh says " Good, I'll have time to do the backyard." FOR FREE AT THAT!!! Truly says a LOT about your character, young man!! Thanks for the video and for helping out your community!! Much respect!!

Admire your work ethic Josh….you are so committed to excellent results! A shame the big manufacturers only target the larger channels to help with free stuff…they give away new lawnmowers, edgers, pole saws, blowers etc. some of the TH-camrs make more than enough money to buy their own gear! It would be nice if they helped the smaller more deserving guys who provide excellent service to their communities. Here’s hoping…😊

Thank you for noticing that too, that’s why I took the sticker off my mower, I shouldn’t be giving them free advertising, will never get a sponsor that way. Not even sure about how to get one unless I have more subs. And yes they are making plenty. I bet wright mowers would notice if I make a video about a major flaw in this mower, the narrow tires leave ruts of yards are wet, wider tires and it wouldn’t have this problem. I don’t mow nicer yards with it if it has rained recently. Doing yards for a living, you don’t have time for the ground to dry up.

We are getting so used to equipment that can do amazing jobs. Your mower is just chugging right through all that tall green growth and with speed. I understand the idea of not picking up a client that is out of time/gas range. Perhaps you can develop a good contact in the area, for referrals. Until you started on it, I didn't realize how overgrown the street edge was. Nice cleanup on it. Would be good if you get to help with the brush pile at the other home. Well, an amazing Landscape Archeology find today, with a whole section of lost driveway recovered. 13:06, that is an amazing improvement already. Whatever caused the home to be empty, your work will help with the process of a change being possible.

You never know what trouble those homeowners may have. All you know is their grass will grow & it’s kind of you to care for it. I used to think adulthood was dealing with one crisis after another. I was wrong, multiple crises all at once, all the time, forever.
