- All I wanted to do was wake her up to take her out for the day but Amelia and the dogs had different ideas! They always huddle around her when she's sleeping, they must truly think she's one of their pack, just with more advanced fur loss than Phil! It's super cute to watch them with her and she's such a happy child when she wakes up, well 90% of the time haha.

The funniest part about Mia is that she sees the dogs as siblings. They worship her and she doesn't even know it. It's very cute. She talks about them like people.

My daughter is the same with our rescue dogs, she was 5 when we first adopted Ellie, she just turned 13 now and a few years ago the head teacher took us aside and asked us if she had two siblings they didn’t know about. Apparently whilst learning German in primary school she had told her teacher she had two brothers and a sister . They were very amused when I explained she meant our son(her older brother) and our two dogs😂. We now make her add ‘fur brother or fur sister’ into the conversations!

@@sisternektaria1265 if you are interested in these dogs, these are alaskan malamutes. They aren’t easy to keep as pets and neither are huskies, so I’d suggest something easier unless you’ve had experience with a high maintinence breed
