The guys working behind the scenes don't always get their shine. They love what they do and of course, it's hard work with little reward for some, sometimes. I get the feeling that they won't change anything for the world and for them, this is their world! The smiles sometimes shrink due to exhaustion and minor disappointment of losing a race or sometimes even a horse but these hard-working guys get right back on the saddle and they keep going. #hopsndrops
