You did a really good job cleaning that carpet, it looks so much better. Well done. I was amused when you said people have had kitchen and bathroom carpets. Like you said it puts money on your table. 😀
We actually use your chemicals at times and got a zipper because of your videos, that’s amazing you took the time to watch. Thanks, we really appreciate you!
@@pristinekilleen wonderful.... And I just came across your channel this morning and subscribed. Looking forward to seeing more on your channel and your adventures cleaning 😊👍
Looks like a very dirty rental/apartment. That carpet is well past it's time to be replaced but when it comes to rentals the landlord wants to do as little as possible. Why landlords don't install dark carpets to begin with is beyond me.
For years have been telling corporate types that for lots of carpet cleaning you need this type of professional heavy duty extractor - it, a rotary machine and the correct solutions are the money makers and time savers but sadly all would rather go to Walmart or let them stay filthy!
Pro carpet cleaners have all the appropriate tools and equipment most of the time. There should never be water left in the pad or carpet afterwards. The carpet will be a little wet/damp afterwards but it’s just of the fibers of the carpet and will air dry over time. The equipment extracts the dirty/soapy water and sucks it into the waste water tank outside in the vehicle.
I clean houses that still have it in the BATHROOM and one house had it in the kitchen believe it or not. Keeps our lights on though so we’ll clean it ☺️
This kind of clean looks great, but there's a residue that can't be totally removed that actually dirt, so you're wasting your money. Pull it all up, clean the floor, and put down new underlayment and carpet (better yet, lose the carpet idea altogether and put down hardwood or a good quality composite.
I agree, no carpet is a must especially in a rental home. Better yet; had my home gutted remolded 2016/2017 here in Washington, DC, I would get high quality engineered floors. I had hardwood oak flooring. A lot new multi million dollars homes have engineered flooring also. Real hardwood scratches easily and dropping heavy things will put a ding in the floor. I would know. 😊
Teppich verlegen in einer Mietwohnung ist nicht die beste Lösung. Am besten sind Fliesen oder Parkettböden in Wohnräume. Im Schlafzimmer kann man Teppich verlegen,da läuft man nur in Hausschuhe.
This was a beautiful restoration!
Great job for what you have to work with

Many people would write these carpets off as "ruined" You prove them wrong
Thank you!

Thanks so much! 😊
You did an amazing job, the carpet monster game was fierce lol. They may be able to get it stretched and trimmed up and salvage it now! Way to go!
That carpet has been through a lot 😁. Nice job giving it some more life. Sounds like the client was impressed too 😊

Wow what a fantastic result!
Thank you! 😊
Looks great!
beautiful!!
Here’s me edible kicking in and watching this at almost 2 am wondering what is going on!! lol. Great video and great results
I felt so bad for your vacuum cleaner. What was on the floor? Actually, I’m afraid of the answer. Excellent job.
Spots will creep back up one the carpet dries. The padding and carpet need replacing.
You should do a before and after at the end of the video!
I will definitely keep that in mind. I didn’t plan on recording this but glad I did!
I was told about your channel by another youtuber (Dumpster Diving Momma of 2) and WOW was she right !!! Your videos are awesome man.
Thank you so much!!
I would have not taken that job. Definitely not worth the money. That customer was lucky to find that guy
beautiful
Thank you! 😊
Came out pretty good, but I would do another detergent pass and scrub in the stained areas and hit it again with the extractor…. That’s just me sayin…
If you got some cable issues, put the cable above your right shoulder to make sure you can drive the machine back and forth. It's a game ganger.
Dang. Prayer must be the only thing keeping that carpet on the ground 😂
I wonder where they keep the sofa in this room? Lol
😂 one can only assume
I know that carpet BILL was high!!😮
That dirty carpet got cleaned cleaned. But I wouldn't ever put carpet in a rental unit. 🙂
22 mins to deep clean....5 mins to cut it up and thow it in the skip

Or no carpet at all...!
Because dark carpets make the space seem smaller.
This is the most poorly installed carpet. You did great work with an awful carpet to work with
Yeah makes you wonder why not just replace it?

Agreed, time is definitely money! ☺️
The best you can do for a filthy neglected carpet almost as good as new.
I would have just got new carpet
What was that second machine that was bouncing?
It's a counter-rotating brush (CRB)
What pre spray you use? What do you think about Saigers Sauce Code Red?
I haven’t used code but but I used the blue one…breaks down good in water, smells clean and cleans good 👍🏾. I used prochem ultrapac for this cleaning
I need mine done so so bad. Do you travel to TN?
What chemical is he using?
A certified carpet restoration person would deem that a biohazard and it needs to be discarded. Great job but it needs to go .
It’s a rental property and the tenant was still in it. They pay, we clean.
I was thinking that home must be a rental property. @@pristinekilleen
Do that hose belong to a carpet cleaning company. Do this machine really soak up all that chemical/water you put down without molding later.

What type of vacuum are you using?
That's a shark vacuum
I hate carpet in common areas. Good work to get that cleaner than before...but damn. Why bother with carpet in the living room?
I clean houses that still have it in the BATHROOM and one house had it in the kitchen believe it or not. Keeps our lights on though so we’ll clean it ☺️
What is the stuff on the carpet at 8 mins.?
it’s kickback! basically just extra dirt, dust and debris that the vacuum didn’t pick up!
Nailed it! The CRB really digs up all the ground in dirt.

Putting in hard work is expensive, pull this up but know you are about to pay for money for putting hard wood down!!
They need need carpet its pulling up to much

It’s cheaper. The tenants can ruin the carpet, it can be replaced for cheap. If they ruin tiles it’s a lot worse.
You should never wear shoes in the house!!!
why that carpet look like that
Who were the pigs that let their carpet get that dirty in the first place?
Hum ?
No way that’s clean. The dirt is in the padding. It will never be clean.
The subfloors are begging for mercy
Think she should of got a new carpet 😮that's disgusting
Take that nasty carpet so unsanitary no matter how much you clean it still bad
Loving that pre spray action, I hoping you disinfect your vacuum cleaner 😵💫🫣that is a big MCnasty, good restoration 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
