I think it would be good for you to spend time by yourself really just take the time to get to know yourself again, just take a step back and dont worry about pleasing anybody but yourself, figure out the things you love and talk about your problems with the right people, if you dont like someone or dont love someone even though you say you do, the best thing for you to do is tell them so that you're not hurting yourself and so that they know now because in the long run it will hurt even worse. really stop hurting yourself with the things you can control, if you can control it take the steps you can to really improve that thing whatever it is and if you cant control it then just leave it alone and focus on yourself for now. you're the most important person and you should treat yourself like you are, I hope you and things get better and I hope everything can work out better for you in the future, I wish you the best really ❤

This song really gives me an anxiety attack, it reminds me of my crush who we used to be close, sharing daily activities story through a phone call everyday, always reminding each other. Now, its no longer same, since that day, i get an anxiety attack when i stay in my room, as if everything is attacking me and it makes me crazy and eventually causes my nervous system to fail functioning for a while.
