Really like this, it's pretty awesome Now storytime no one cares about: Mega Man 2 is actually 15 years older than me but it's the first game I recall playing, along with Majora's Mask and Crash Bandicoot, and that's all thanks to my awesome cousins. It really annoys me that very few people from my age actually give games older than 2 years a try... all that's talked about is basically the newest Call Of Duty being the best game of all time and Fifa is soooo much better this year and whatever. My cousin's second NES (that he bought after the first broke down for a ridiculous price) was recently lost and NES Mini never showed up in my country (Lebanon), so that's that. But still, sometimes you just want to blow up some robots to the beat of a kickass 8-bit soundtrack.
Same here... except when I try to bring up a conversation about Super Mario 64, they usually laugh at me like it's some joke. Some people have no appreciation for old videogames... megaman = life, and so does mario 64.
Same here if I mention mario or mega man they dismiss it as a kids game and say how bad the graphics are while continuing to talk about how Ronaldo's nose hair looks in the new FIFA honestly classics for life
i mean i don't even have an xbox . . the most up-to-date console i have is a wii u (or NN3DS if you count that.. i have like 3 different versions of the DS) and i LOVE old games like super mario galaxy and megaman so i guess we're on the same boat
