Kung Pao Chicken (宫保鸡丁) is a highly addictive stir-fried chicken with the perfect combination of salty, sweet and spicy flavor!

Ingredeints:
Chicken Cube (boneless) 1/2 kg
For marination:
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Kung Pao sauce:
Soya sauce 1/8 cup
Oyter sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1.5tbsp
Sugar 2-3 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Chicken cube 1
Vegetables:
Capsicum 1
Onion 1
Carrot 1
Spring Onion for Garnish
For cooking:
oil 2 tbsp
Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Peanuts as required
Oil for cooking
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Marinate chicken pieces for 30 mins.
Prepare the Kung Pao Sauce- Add all the items for the sauce in a bowl. Mix/whisk well. Set aside.
Heat oil in a wok. Add the marinated chicken pieces and stir fry on high heat for 3 mins till browned
Remove and set aside for use later.
-Now add oil 2 tbsp in a wok. Stir fry chopped garlic. Add chili flakes. Saute for 30 sec
-Now add Kung Pao sauce and add water 2 cups. when its starts to boil add corn flour paste to get the required consistency.
Now add cooked chicken and add vegetables at the end and turn off the flame.
Now add roasted peanuts and garnish with spring Onion.
