Kortrijk is a Dutch city located in the province of West Flanders in the Flanders region of Belgium. The city is located near the border with Français in the vicinity of the city of Lille, together with which it forms the largest cross-border agglomeration in Europe.

No. It's not far away from Brugge. Around 50 km, and only 32 km from city of Lille, France.
