Hey, I can see that you don't have the rounded corners on your app icons... Did huawei update this for all their phones or p9 lite and p9? I hate those rounded corners and i don't wanna have them if I am going to buy one of these phones. I also don't want to use a launcher because i actually like the EMUI, I just don't want to have the rounded corners. If anyone can help me, respond! Thanks!

Which Theme are you using?
its a stock theme but in the p9 plus they finally removed the icon backgrounds. i asked for him to upload it before but no luck :(
that stock theme can be shared via google drive link. believe me, the app background icons were from an icon pack and you can get that theme from my channel, just check out my channel, i uploaded a video on theme related system on Huawei Phones

I know some themes have no icon backgrounds, but this one is really stock with no backgrounds...because I saw it on phones that people just unboxed.
