Why doesn't the government open it up for multiple companies from outside and inside the country to bid? Why the rush to get it done now? Have we already collateralized the 10% we are supposed to be getting from the current, yet-to-be-signed agreement against future expenditure in other sectors of the government?
Read the agreement . You can find these answers therein. Exploration is open to each and every one so long as you have the means to . There are multiple exploratory companies looking for stuff. Stop quoting percentages when you ve not read the report.

If you think for a minute that anyone will invest $200 million of their money into exploration without some background work, my words cannot help you understand. Open a national dialogue on what should be done here because this deal is too important to leave to a few people and their cronies behind the scenes to negotiate! 10% is dead on arrival, no matter how you dress it up with fanciful English in a contract.
