wish I was better, but my homophobic parents found a downloaded episode of whgs on my burner phone (I'm a long time listener and rewatch/listen to episodes for a long time), confronted me about in a scary way, and I ended up hyperventilating for over two hours while I thought of an excuse for it before the situation could get worse (they only played about a minute of it but it was pretty graphic as it was a Kate and Alayna episode, and I didn't know how to explain what they heard in a way that _didn't out me_ when I'm _so close_ to being able to go no contact and leave my environment too, in a non messy way) if you want to have a laugh about it, the lie I came up with was pretty insane- I ended up saying it was an "old republican podcast" that "made fun of gay people" and that the hosts were mocking the gay community by impersonating them in a "vulgar way"(because ah yes the lgbtq+ community is only full of sexually depraved, sinful lustful people? so accurate) they were a lot more okay with that explanation I'll tell you that it turned out okay, but now everything's a bit more on edge and so I might not listen to new episodes for a while due to possibly being a bit more under suspicion, but I'm alright now Sending love to you and anyone else reading, wish me luck (everything gets better eventually my guys)
