I think most people have same kinda experience with some exceptions and yes not everyone comes back to tell the tale Usually black or white light, white is the basic colour when you go out of body and from nothingness or black everything starts, again that's what I have learned and saw so far
The blackness or the "void" so many experience sounds just like being in the womb. We are safe, it is completely dark and we are probably flooded with oxytocin while in our mom's womb. It seems like it would be scary to be in pitch blackness, but I've heard many people who've had NDE's who say the void was awesome.

She had high fever, it's a known scientific fact that many people hallucinate during the sickness. She ADMITTED that she didn't drink or eat anything during that time so she was dehydrated. Anything is possible but every time she had these visions it was when she was dehydrated with high fever
