    The caption is exactly how I feel in my household. My parents doesn't even know how much I want to cry and ask them to help me up again, just as they did when I was little. I genuinely wish that you understood how much your words affect me ,mom. 🥺for anyone going through the same, I just want to let you know that you're enough, don't let them define your worth.     I'll do my best to offer some words of encouragement. When I find myself mentally exhausted or extremely stressed, I make attempts within my own introspection to change focus onto other subjects of knowledge or previous interests. Including past fond memories, I ease into a challenge for myself to remember. If I struggle to change the subjects within my own mind that are causing me distress, I look forward to tangible distractions. As in playing video games, finding alternative music on TH-cam (like Chill step or songs with certain words or without words), or taking a walk/ riding a bike. In terms of necessity, tangibly encouraging yourself to partake in a physically calming activity helps to release endorphins which helps aid or combats stress. Not entirely but, it is a major help. I also use other tangible methods but, its more for adult advice regarding the example I could provide. If you're mentally tired, remember you deserve rest as well. If you're a caffeine drinker, I don't recommend intaking caffeine if you're mentally exhausted or tired either. Maybe some calming/ soothing tea combinations. Or if you have friends you can talk to, maybe they can help aid in helping distract you from previous thoughts that exacerbate mental stressors. I appreciate your music btw. Thank you for sharing. Its helping to calm my current anxiety state of mind. And when all else fails, some assistance with melatonin or soothing naturistic sounds to motivate oneself to take a nap or actually sleep.
