    That was not as hard as I thought it was gonna be but indeed was a challenge. Thank you for putting all the time, energy and effort in making these videos for the 7 day challenge. I need them !!!

    This was a very nice flow, challenging but not difficult. I appreciated the extra emphasis in the hip opening and hamstring poses. Looking forward to "days 3-7".

    But im so happy I came back to the second day!! (Even if it took me three days in between part 1 and part 2)
