Sir, it's not getting submitted as there is box to write comments in "Suggestions in words" section. No option to write any comment, nor any button to upload the PDF. And thus it's not getting submitted. Please guide

ThanX for this useful informative video posting,🙏🏻... But Guru ji, Suggestions In Words button will not open the texting box & Submitt the form is not uploading the filled form.. Is it because of server heavy traffic to website visitters... 🤔🤨
