- นักศึกษาหนุ่มไฟแรง ไรอัน (กัน อรรถพันธ์) ได้เข้ามาฝึกงานในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับ และได้เจอกับพี่เจน (ออฟ จุมพล) ผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับที่กลับทำให้คนไฟแรงอย่างไรอันหมดไฟได้ ซึ่งความทุกข์ในการฝึกงานของไรอันถูกระบายให้กับเพื่อนๆ นักศึกษาฝึกงานของปีนี้ที่มี บะหมี่ (พิพลอย กัญญรัตน์) ฝ่าย AE และเต้ (ซี ทวินันท์) ฝ่ายตัดต่อ คู่รักที่เลือกมาฝึกงานที่นี่เพราะอยากอยู่ด้วยกัน ป๋า (ปูน มิตรภักดี) ฝ่ายอาร์ต และ พาย (วิว เบญญาภา) ฝ่ายโปรดักชั่น แต่แล้วเมื่อไรอันได้ลองฝึกงานไปเรื่อยๆ กลับพบว่าพี่เจนก็เป็นคนใจดีกว่าที่คนอื่นคิดจนในบางครั้งไรอันเองก็เผลอใจเต้นไปด้วย และเกิดเป้าหมายคือจะต้องชนะใจพี่เจนให้ได้ ! ในการฝึกงานครั้งนี้จะเติมเต็มประสบการณ์การทำงาน หรือประสบการณ์หัวใจ ติดตามได้ใน “The Trainee ฝึกงานเทอมนี้ รักพี่ได้มั้ย”

P'Jane telling Ryan to speak out more often and communicate well is so real especially in the line of work they do. Working in agency or in media production, you meet people of all egos and temperaments. Learning to communicate well and even appear/sound as stern will command respect especially if you're part of the production.

He'll scold you when you mess up, but he'll also praise you when you do well.
Jane is good at evaluating people. He understands Ryan's shy and timid personality in this completely different milieu from what he is used to. Yet it's his job to get the film done on time for the client. He also understands the type of person the aunty extra is. Ryan may be too scared to defend himself, but he knows the aunty is stretching the truth telling her side of the story. If Ryan hadn't told all of the extras to sit there patiently and wait to be called, why is the aunty the only one who didn't? The writers have done a good job showing us that Ryan knows how to do his print shop job competently by throwing in these occasional moments where he interacts with his father, customers and Ink.
So far, this is a very funny, but sensibly constructed story. Sea is showing us his comedic talents and Poon is his usual cheery, indefatigable self. I'm trying to figure out how the Pie character is going to turn out. She has intelligence, but you get don't to take on serious responsibility your first week on the job as an intern, no matter how talented you are.
P Jane isn't really that harsh he actually has a good heart ❤❤❤❤

I like Jane character, he actually not a bad person, he protects his interns and actually teach them. (What he is doing and has done will help Ryan). He's good at his job. It's cute how he actually have a soft side

same i think it was all retard3d hes a whole university student, even having those requests come he could just forward them so fast, i hate when characters are made like this, they really get on my nerves, he looks ridiculous randomdly pressing the phone when he called his sister just fine in the beginning. for someone working with their family or it seemed like that, he should be able to handle that little level of stress.
I’m so happy that P’Jane trusted Ryan and didn’t blindly be angry against him. (And I love the extra from printer repair company. His smile makes me feel comfortable😊)
