I believe one day that Lemmo will turn into a fender Jazz master and constantly have his own theme music playing every time he enters a room’ and especially every time he goes through the front door at Norms when he goes to work’ 😮😂
I was born 69. Almost bought a 68 911 in 97 or 98. I’m so glad I didn’t, I wouldn’t have been able to hold onto it. These days I’m super happy with my 61 avii fiesta red strat and my prs strat. Super happy. Love the positive energy, playing and recording Lemmo and Jen! Appreciate you and the entire team! Peace my friends!
It's amazing that Norm held onto so many guitars in the 60s and 70s that haven't been touched since and were basically new-old stock that he kept for decades and occasionally he'll pull out one of those old guitars and sell one
I just got my first Jazzmaster a couple of weeks ago and I'm loving it. Been diving into the history of Jazzmasters. Looking forward to hearing this one.
Something tells me Michael's in his happy place, what an incredible instrument, demonstrated with true mastery. I don't need the clean voicings, it's all there.. ..and so is the condition. Again, a very, very fine example. Man, that's a nice Guitar 😎❤
Great player- an inexpensive Squier Jazzmaster in his hands would sound amazing. Everything sounded fantastic. He said the amp is a Super Reverb, but what overdrive pedal for the gainy stuff?
I made a mistake years back, by making 2 different doctors appointments at the same building 2 hours apart. There's a music store several miles down the road. I knew they had one a 60th anniversary 1958 Jazzmaster prototype. I guess it wasn't such a mistake.
I believe that one day Lemmo will have a signature Fender Jazzmaster. Thanks Mike and Jen!

Indeed, and there will probably be a Lemmo signature model of every guitar in production on Earth, and several other planets.
I will be first in line to buy it
@@MezzMcGillicuddy1 yes u speak the truth my good man’ lemmo sig models for all the towns people 🕺🤘
Born in '59.......
Always dreamed of having a Strat / Jazzmaster......or Corvette from that year......!!!
Same here !!! 👌🏻🎸
@@toddflowers8052 Ditto!
1-take the money
2-go to the store or to the reverb
3-buy.
Don't mention it)

Me too! Why did I wait so long?
That's amazing. After all these years it sounds so good.
The guy in the end "play some clean and surfy" lol😂
Completely in love. Great playing.
I always get a smile! Thank you Lemmo, thank you Jen!
Absolutely stunning guitar, I would love a Jazzmaster some day. Thanks Lemmo & Jen.
Really warm sounding Jazzmaster
Pickups are really high. That does contribute
@@TheChadPad Possibly A2 or A3 magnets instead of A5 might also be contributing to added softness on the top and bottom end
@@N_A_Lund good point
Alder rosewood is definitely warmer than an ash maple guitar as well.
Brilliant playing on an amazing guitar. Live music from Norms ! Great vibes from Jen! The Best! Thanks guys!
That last little number’s a smoker! This guy’s talent keeps expanding effortlessly - shades of EVH. Prettiest Jazzmaster I’ve ever seen. Thank you.
Oh La La!!! Overalll Perfection with Your Playing And The Guitar!!!
Jeez Mike, you and THAT guitar were ONE! Such a mighty groove going on, just look at your face (and your tongue) . . .so awesome!
As an jazzmaster fan
What a beautiful and rare instrument and the perfect year to boot.
Suddenly I'm transported to another Time and Space while riding a wave of Lemmo tones...Magic
This is easily the best GOTD I have seen in a long time. Lemmo slaying hard.
I have a CIJ 1997 Jazzmaster that I've owned for 20 years. Added some Seymour Duncan antiquity pickups, mastery bridge and locking tuners. Love it!
One of the greats LEMMO❤ maybe somebody could do a breakdown of LEMMOZ chord progression😂😮🔥🎶🔥🎵🎸
Lemmo is really next level at this point. Amazing playing.
Holy crap bridge cover on a jazzmaster nice !? You keep killing it 🔥🔥
Really nice riffing Michael. That guitar is making some pretty remarkable sounds under your watch.
Lordy, lordy, still looking for my socks, Lemmo. You blew them right off!
Holy cow, Lemmo, you and Jen made that beauty sing!
Great sounding, one of the first electric guitars I heard, 1960
Absolutely fantastic. I don't know what intrigued me more: MIkes playing or it's sound. You got me hooked man :-)
awesome guitar and playing !

Sbsolutely stunning guitar - the playing goes without saying as usual but that is not like any Jazzmaster I have ever heard.
That sounds like perfection of what I’d want my jazzmaster to be. It’s got that underlying dullness
it sounds so good, nice guitar
Michael Lemmo ladies and gentleman!!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
That was Flippin' awesome Lemmo !!! Next time please do the behind the bridge stuff too !!! Another birth year guitar for me !!! Thanks Jen !!!
Roy Clark played a Jazzmaster '61? Promoted them for Fender as well i believe.
Great Sound 👌 , 🎸, Fender 1959 !
Nice Playing 🎸 Michael ,
I like also your t-shirt and the t-shirt of Muddy Waters !
Lemmo plays guitar with technique, but also a lot of soul. Most important.
Lemmo is a great musician!
I Believe that one day My guy LEMMO will have a signature Fender JAZZ MASTER Thanks Mike and JEN
Lemmo’s excited!
That one does sound remarkable
He was killer tonight in Toronto!
I bet he was. Packed house ? Where was it ?
@@benallmark9671 Masonic Temple, he opened with a solo set with Kenny Cash and headlined with Allan Rayman
@@bobifrah nice. I bet it was awesome.
What song was being played during the 6-7 minute mark? I’ve heard that in another Norman’s video!
5:47 What song is that!?
Did Joe snag this one? If not, Lemmo should be its custodian. Those harmonics and the EVH divebombs gave me the goosebumps!
Ooof! I know it's "about the guitar", but man, that was some playing.
Great player- an inexpensive Squier Jazzmaster in his hands would sound amazing.
Everything sounded fantastic. He said the amp is a Super Reverb, but what overdrive pedal for the gainy stuff?
Spectacular skills as always Michael. Also we be ordering me one of those t-shirts from Cornwall in the UK 😊
thats a lush tone.
Well Done.
Play some Ventures on that thing! Sounds awesome.
That was awesome Lemmo I didn’t see any smoke coming out of the pickups yet!! 🤣🎸🎸🎸👍🏻☮️❤️ Mama Jen take care ❤️
She is gorgeous.
My dream guitar. D@mn it looks and sounds perfect
I love that drippy shirt!!!!
Diamond hands.
If it sounds like that when I play it, I'll take it.
Whats the first song you are playing Mr. Lemmo? Sounds astonishing!
I want to know too!
What a beautiful looking and beautiful sounding guitar. What price will this go for?
three times more than ye tink
Yes minimum duration 11 or 15 minute videos more pls

Did someone buy that Jazzmaster for Lemmo yet?
Ooof
Debut year. Slab RW. Soap Bars. Anodized. Unobtainable case candy. Warm as a Fender can get.

Michael, what tuning do you use?
d/g/d/g/a/d?
D/a/d/g/b/e
I love the Van Halen inspired stuff Lemmo does on Jazzmasters! Any chance of a lesson someday? I would consider donating an organ
"Play some clean like surfy..."
"Nah, I'm good."
Just listed a 2022 MIJ version of this guitar on reverb - an FSR from Ishibashi. So have Mike and Mike’s… for almost double the price 🤦♂️
Mike!!¡!!! Take that beautiful guitar and run out the front door with it. Not Carlos out front is going to tackle you.😅
Sorry, but it is missing witch hat knobs. 😂
Were those standard on the ‘59? If not they should have been. Otherwise fantastic!
Can you send me a link so I can order lemme tshirt
Maybe its better I dont know the price
🇧🇷❣️
Why can't Fender make Rosewood this dark anymore?
china will allow again soon, sure
👍✌❤😎
Let's be honest, Michael is the one who has it, not the guitar. If I played it, it would sound nothing like a "Lemmo Demo" , trust me kids. Hi Jen
Good grief that sounds ridiculous
