@@carsonsworld1636 I can't fully remember the process however I think I removed some pin that was holding together his backpack and cut off those parts that swivel out when transforming him. Once I took those off the only thing on prime was the back of his cab section (the Grey looking piece) From there I used the peices of his truck mode to make the back, like the big side tanks for example, I cut those off and glued those to the back as he had those in robot mode. Then there are two little panels with flames out that you swivel when transforming him, cut those off as well, and took a gray 2 by 1 lego piece and super glued all those pieces together to try and make his back look like how it did in the movies. I really hope this helps and you're able to figure it out!

I use gorilla glue, when I glue pieces I try to make sure that it's able to stay in place by itself as it dries so that way I don't have to hold it together and can set it off to the side and work on something else. I usually let it dry overnight. Hope this helps!

I'd say your best bet would be to try and find them online as a lot of these figures aren't really being sold in stores anymore so finding them online would be easier!

You don't need rotf prime! I just have those legs on there just for fun! All of these tips would still work with ss 44 primes original legs.
