Hello! I’m interested in getting started with buy and hold using creative finance. The only place I’ve found so far to learn about creative finance is Pace Morby. I’m wondering if there is other resources and this seems to be one. I would also like to learn how to use a self directed IRA for real estate transactions. Any direction would be great. Thank you!

My biggest take away is that its important to sit down & pen all the numbers like carrying costs, monthly payments & profit margins when looking at a deal…. I think that’s what referred to as “underwriting the deal” right?
