A former British colony where English language is taught right from the primary school to the tertiary school level. They should demand for TOEFL or IELTS from the Mainland Chinese student, Mozambique, Angola students. Not a British subjects such as Nigerians, Ghana, Sierra Leonian, Kenya, Tanzania, Zimbabwean, South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Zambia etc
