A 5 metre cloth will do. I tried this with a 5 meter cotton saree for my 8 kg baby. For the first 7-8 mins it was good.. After that my baby was not so comfortable, not sure if she is getting hurted ( in thighs area) or bored of the position. I carried out a small piece of work (only in standing position, no bending).

Julie Santua it is more than ok. This position is physiological for small baby. It is the best way to carry, with no pressure to baby’s spine or hips 👌🏻
