Property need lot of Re-Construction amount even after purchase. Misuse of area / Bad interior u can say within house is very big problem. Outside/ Lawn is not properly maintained.. Fencing work /Guarding /Gardening will cost lot after purchase.. After all this the price is very high. I think lots of down area will not use accordingly. Very Very expensive. Almost whole house need modern renovation and 35 lakh+/Nali is huge price. Anyone will prefer a land of 10-15 lakh/Nali and then build accordingly.
