That was enjoyable my friend. It’s nice to score a lantern and one with a stove and not have to break a sweat to get them ready for display. Nice little hack, great to see. Thanks for sharing. Tony.
Wow, impressing how clean it looks after you cleaned it, just like new. Yes they both look great together. I agree it's not very good for hiking/backpacking, risky to damage them. It's more just for camping.
Very nice. I always run the 21 on these. They look to long at first but after they shrink it's not a bad fit. This lantern might be small but it has no trouble pushing a 21. Thanks for sharing and God bless.
I hear that! When I cut them and they burn in, they are tiny! You’re welcome and thanks for watching brother, I appreciate it and God bless and stay safe!
Nicely done!🔥🔥🔥 If I had one of those, I’d have to have the matching stove!😁 I tried to tag you on an Instagram post I made today about my 1946 Coleman, but I couldn’t find you 😫
Thanks brother, I appreciate it! The set looks so cool together! I don’t really use instagram much. I think my name on there is Dommini25. I’ll take a look for you! I hope you have a wonderful day!
Hi Dominic 😀 that's a realy nice lamp, and I loved the trick of cutting down the mantle, never seen that done before. I have a question for you if you don't mind, I have a Veritas lamp that belonged to my father from the 1950s, it needs a mantle that ties at top and bottom, large hole at the top smaller hole at the bottom, so do you know of a mantle whith that kind of fitting that I could adapt maybe. I have one spare new mantle left so I could copy that. Many thanks mate, stay safe, best wishe's to you and your's, Stuart UK.
I’ve seen those mantels on Amazon and eBay! What a cool lantern you have! And you’re welcome brother! And I always appreciate you watching! I hope you have a wonderful day!
You’re welcome and thanks for watching brother, I appreciate it! The dual fuel lanterns are gray. But technically you could use unleaded in any one in an emergency!!

Well Sir it took a year but I finally got a 222b! But who I got it from is the interesting thing.. what did I have that Rob Hall needed?
Oh yeah! Congratulations! Did you trade him the preway stove?
@@Dominic.Minischetti no he needed something for one of his favorite toys. Vintage fuel canisters for his stand alone coffee percolator..
@@patrickhall3878 That’s so cool! I love bartering! 👍🏻
Thanks for the vid!
Are the lantern and stove both dual fuel? Coleman /white gas and unleaded gas?
You’re welcome and thanks for watching brother, I appreciate it! The dual fuel lanterns are gray. But technically you could use unleaded in any one in an emergency!!
Great vid and excuse my ignorance but what type of fuel did you put in it
Thanks brother, I appreciate it! I use white gas. It’s also called camp fuel or Coleman fuel.
Bamm!😂😂😂👊
Oh yeah! 🥸😂
What fuel?
White gas or ethanol free unleaded. White gas is preferable.
