- Went out this morning in hopes of doing some live lining to no avail. Bunker were hugged down deep on the bottom and I couldn’t snag any so instead I dropped the flutter spoon down for some action and the striped bass were all over it. I still have a 48g tank going with black tetras and a million shrimp. 😂 If they weren’t so tiny I’d use them for fluke bait. My favorite fish were the apisto trifasciata. Spawned for me also but babies didn’t survive. Those fish are so cool.

Yea man, in a different life Ide split half my time between here and Florida to fish all year round but being strictly in NY I’m kind of limited on the saltwater fishing from Apr-Dec, but yea back at it with the videos and the bass action is no different. LOTS of fish around. Weekend weather looks great! As for the flutter spoon, I would drop it a few feet under from where I was marking fish and so when I jogged the spoon it would flutter down in front of their face….If you don’t have a fish finder I recommend dropping all the way down and working your way up through the water column….Thanks for watching Anthony 😎 STAY TUNED 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

How deep do you use the flutter spoon?
I drop it a few feet below the depth that I mark the bass at so in theory when I swing up to let it flutter down it’ll swing up above the fish and flutter down in front of the fishesg face to ignite an attack…..thanks for watching Anthony 😎 STAY TUNED 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
