Can we use foundation on daily basis? bcoz i got one hell of a darkcircles and i use concelear everyday and ppl say its neccesary to use foundation if we use concelear
It's not necessary to use foundation if we use concealer, just conceal the dark circles, blend it out and you are good to go!
