hi mystic angel! actually this is mediation found by H.H shri nirmala mataji which connects you mentally to peace and spiritually to god. the step in which he is making seven times arc is called ' bandhan' or protection. then second is the unique way by which u can feel the flow of energy or vibration coming out of ur head. this is also called kundali awekining.
