Maybe this is an idea? 1) Cut out the section of Starlord talking, directly from the movie, and make the audio as loud as it can go in your editing program. 2) Render this small clip. 3) Import the rendered clip again into your existing workfile in the editing program. The previously 'maximum setting' of the audio has now become a default volume, which you can amplify once again to make it louder. ... I have no idea what software you use or what exactly caused the problem in the first place, but maybe this has been of some help to you!
When this video was made, I was using a really cheap software that wouldn't let me do the things I wanted to. I am using sony vegas now, and I could fix it, but honestly that's too much work for me.

Small point of feedback: sometimes the dialogue can hardly be heard over the music, like with Starlord around 1:50.
