Thank you for your comment ✨Bon Odori is free for everyone to participate and take a break whenever they want. Beginners dance while watching a model dance being performed in the center. Because anyone can enjoy it easily, it naturally brings smiles to people's faces and a sense of unity is created by being in one circle👍

Thanks for your comment ✨ It's called Bon Odori (Dance), it's a festival with a history of over 400 years and takes place in many places in the summer! Originally held at shrines, but now many of them have been turned into events😃Many people dance wearing yukata (simple kimono) and some of them are drinking alcohol. Sometimes they dance not only to traditional songs from the past, but also to the latest popular songs. If you come to Tokyo sometime in the summer, you should definitely join a Bon Odori dance👍.
