គម្រោងរេដបូកកែវសីមា | Keo Seima REDD+ Project

🌳 យើងមិនត្រឹមតែការពារព្រៃឈើប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែយើងក៏ដាំកូនឈើជំនាន់ក្រោយផងដែរ! 🌿
«ខណៈពេលដែលការការពារព្រៃឈើដែលនៅសេសសល់ក្នុងដែនជម្រកសត្វព្រៃកែវសីមាពីការកាប់ទន្ទ្រាន និងការឈូសឆាយខុសច្បាប់ គឺជារឿងអាទិភាពបំផុតនោះ គំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមដាំដើមឈើឡើងវិញក៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ផងដែរក្នុងការស្ដារតំបន់ព្រៃឈើដែលបាត់បង់។» គម្រោងរេដបូកកែវសីមារបស់អង្គការសមាគមអភិរក្សសត្វព្រៃកម្ពុជា ក្នុងខេត្តមណ្ឌលគិរី។
សកម្មភាពស្តារព្រៃឈើនេះ គឺជាផ្នែកមួយនៃគម្រោងស្តារព្រៃឈើឡើងវិញរយៈពេល ៤ ឆ្នាំ (២០២២ - ២០២៥) ដែលត្រូវបានផ្តួចផ្តើមជាផ្នែកមួយនៃគម្រោងរេដបូកកែវសីមា។ គោលបំណងនៃសកម្មភាពនេះ គឺដើម្បីស្តារ និងពង្រឹងគម្របព្រៃឈើលើផ្ទៃដី ១.០០០ ហិកតា និងលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងរបស់សហគមន៍ដែលរស់នៅក្នុង និងជុំវិញដែនជម្រកសត្វព្រៃកែវសីមាអំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការការពាររយៈពេលវែងសម្រាប់ព្រៃឈើ ជីវភាពរស់នៅ និងភាពជោគជ័យរបស់គម្រោងរេដបូក។

“Whilst the most important thing is to safeguard the existing forest area of KSWS from further encroachment and illegal clearance, tree planting initiatives like this are also very important to reclaim lost forest areas,” -- WCS Cambodia’s Keo Seima REDD+ Project in Mondulkiri Province.
Forest restoration activities are part of a four-year Reforestation Project (2022 - 2025) that was initiated as part of the Keo Seima REDD+ Project. The aim of the activity is to restore or enhance forest cover on 1,000 hectares of land and to educate local communities living in and around KSWS on the importance of long-term protection for the forests, their livelihoods and REDD+ success.
