5-SMT Process

For the SMT process, the base set of four connected motherboards will run through the SMT ("Surface Mount Technology") machines to produce finished PCBAs ("Printed Circuit Board Assemblies"). The motherboards enter the machines without any electronic components or chip-sets mounted on them.
The electronic components and chip-sets are fed into the high-speed FUJI machines on reels, and mounted to the motherboards in various configurations as required by the customer.

What surprises me is the volume of operators on this SMT line. We have three JUKI SMT lines with one operator per line.

Thank you, sir. This was a fully legal & government-audited / approved operation in the Ba’Oan District of Shenzhen near the airport.
Exceeding the government’s new (at the time) requirements on compensation and paying full credits into social insurance for every single factory worker ... SinoHub (at the time, a NYSE listed company) also had an ESOP program (Employee Stock Option Program), in which every single company employee had stock options.
With this ESOP program (ESOPs are popular in the West but not in China), the company Chairman / CEO Henry (Harry) Cochran had intended to align the entire company towards understanding, appreciating, & contributing to growth in shareholder value (which in turn benefits the ESOP and so on)
