    Punjabi Chana aur Mash Ki Daal:
    Ingredients:
    Boiledbengalgram ¾ cup
    Boiled white lentils 1-1/4 cup
    Chopped onion 1
    Chopped ginger 1 tsp
    Whole red chili 4-5
    Boiled chopped tomato 2-3
    Salt, red chili, turmeric as required
    Chicken stock 1 cup
    All spices powder ½ tsp
    Clarified butter ¾ cup
    Green chili for garnish
    Green coriander for garnish
    Onion rings for garnish
    Method:
    In clay pot heat clarified butter and fry onion .then add chopped ginger and whole red chili add and fry .now add chopped tomato ,salt ,chili and turmeric mix and roast .after this boil chickpeas ,Boiled Bengalgram and chicken stock add and further cook for half an hour .finally add all spices powder then garnish with green chili ,green coriander and onion rings .
    Dahi Chicken Handi:
    Ingredients:
    Chicken 600 grams
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Yogurt 1 cup
    Cumin powder 1 tsp
    All spice powder ¾ tsp
    Salt, red chili powder to taste
    Turmeric as required
    For masala ingredients:
    Clarified butter ¾ cup
    Chopped onion 1 large
    Chopped green chili 2-3
    Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
    White cumin 1 tsp
    Finely cut ginger, green coriander for garnishing
    Method:
    All chicken marination ingredients mix and leave for 2 to 3 hours .for masala making in clay pot clarified butter heat and fry chopped onion ,chopped green chili ,chopped ginger and white cumin add and roast .then add marinated chicken mix and roast .after this add half cup of water and cook till than chicken tender .finally roast and dish out .then garnish with ginger and green coriander and serve .
