- Hi there, it's food again! Today I made some crunchy kale chips since we are all looking for a "healthy" way to enjoy salty chips :D I added some cinnamon to give the kale a Christmasy taste ;) I hope the crunchy sounds are pleasing to you guys ;) Thanks so much for subscribing!! ♥

ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a term do define the physical phenomenon when some people get tingles from listening to certain sounds or watching pleasant movements. It's often described as a nice tingly feeling in the back of the neck or somewhere else in the head which often moves down the spine. Everyone who experiences ASMR has their favorite triggers that work best for them.

You have to bake them. You can tell by the color + she laced them on a baking sheet. Also, if you leave them out to dry they'd probably get soggy or something

I always thought that asmr's don't really work for me. I more so of watch them for enjoyment. But today I was in a cranky mood since I have a cold and was exhausted. Couldn't focus at all. I watched your vid and it helped me fall asleep really quick! One minute I was watching your vid, the next minute I woke up 2 hours later with my phone in my hand. It really helped me. Thank you so much for making videos. This is the first video that actually helped me sleep

Imagine make but crunchier and almost a bit stronger or lighter in taste depending on how you make them then store bought ones or regular kale you can add flavor to them of course!
