Cannabis is illegal in Texas. If you get arrested for possession, any insurance company that you have for vehicle insurance/homeowners/renters will know that you have been charged with having an illegal substance in your possession. Look forward to your auto insurance going up and the same with your homeowners insurance, I would rather insure someone that doesn’t use dope or alcohol for that matter. You make your own choices and you do what you want to do but you also pay the price.
