Your planning is pretty similar to mine. Only I lead everything in leadertask. But it's cool to see someone who does things the same way I do. There is a feeling that I'm doing everything right!

Great video again. Just a quick note though, you can import your Google cal to outlook so that works through that as well. I had to do this and it shows outlook and Google tasks now :)
It imports events for me, but not tasks (from Google tasks, the one with the checkmarks you can see on GCal's version). Do you see the tasks, too or only events?

Hi, any suggestion to use software of task management/to do list? Like Todoist for example. How do you manage your tasks in a daily basis?
Mariana :) consegues utilizar bem o novo Outlook? Também utilizo MAC e não consigo trabalhar com o novo Outlook porque tem imensas funções que não funcionam, nomeadamente calendário, contactos etc. Beijinhos

For once this calendar seems easy to use and unfortunaly i can't use becayse I don't have a Mac AHAHA
But great advices though, I always love your advices and easy to manage. I tried to use notion but i found it quite time consuming and my motivation deflated.

How do you make your overlapping tasks go almost full width ? Mine are like, only half the size and it makes it hard to see what I've written. Any idea? :) Thanks!

No way would I ever give Google my daily schedule. I do my time blocking in a weekly calendar in a paper planner, Jibun Techo. I use flags made by JT that I can move around when needed.
