This is the worst concept, not only is it made by Chinese spies, it's worse functionally, when having a display on the inside you can have something like flex mode and rear camera selfies. With this kind of smartphone you don't have any of these things and you even can't take a photo when folded.
"Chinese spies" that is a huge assumption. Imagine calling people "Chinese spies" because they are Chinese and made a product with cameras on it. The cameras are really good, so are the phones themselves, so it is highly unlikely to be equipped with spy cameras and trackers. Also, yes, it might be very inconvenient and fragile.
