I am only at 6:16 and I was surprised when uou said that coaching has a personal agenda. Then you said it was due to the fees, oh, ok. I guess in many professions including church minisisters and therapists if the person getting paid has low integrity, or even low self awareness, that person may want to keep his client or flock and so maybe even subconsciously not try to completely Empower a person as soon as possible to the point where the person can walk away on their own no longer needing acoach for that particular issue they may have come to the coach for.
It just surprised me what you said about coaching because the whole point of professional coaching is for the coach to self-manage continually to get themselves and any of their own agenda that they may have out of the way of the coaching.
The whole point of the coaching is to facilitate the agenda of the client. The coach may have knowledge, skills, tools, Ta paradigms, Frameworks and perspectives etc..but those are always to be used in the service of the client's agenda. So if a Coach has real integrity and is a pure coach as opposed to a consultant, therapist or a counselor or manager the coach gets himself out of the way so the client can find the fastest route to what the client wants.

09:39 There is difference between word "Assess" and "Access". You are saying access and meaning assess. @10:27 And in SMART goals S represents "specific" not "smart".

Yikes! A coach take the credit? Maybe a football coach. Part of the contract of a coach is that all the success is due to the client and not the coach. It is clear from thecstart that the coach is not responsible for what the client achieves. Maybe for marketing a coach might ask a client to say a few words about what they achieved while working with a coach. So when the coach is interviewing for another position somebody might ask him " Have you had any success with any clients previously?" Then he can share the successes of his past client for that purpose, but the coach doesn't think he did it, it's all up to the client.
