We can see infinetly many if u wanna put it as “fps” its just can our brain recognize things fast enough. Thats why 24 fps is enough to make our brains think thats its a video and not scrolling pictures, doesnt mean our eyes are capped at 24 lmao. And stretched increases fps up by 50 sometimes even more
