I must be in the minority, but the addition of a bunch of beaded bracelets clacking around sadly has made the recent Reiki videos unwatchable once you started doing this. Maybe a thought- every so often doing one of your OG style Reiki/naturopathic healing sessions with less accoutrements? Unless I’m literally the only one this triggers misophonia for. For me just the simple fluid movements with subtle sounds of the air and fabric you used to do in these videos was incredibly relaxing.
OMG YES! The bracelets have not let me enjoy the videos anymore, its too much of a distraction & noisy for when im trying to fall asleep , i thought i was the only one, i miss more of her og sounds

Hey not sure it helps since most people fall asleep to the videos but if the sounds bother you too much to watch happy to give you time points where they come on and off/ you can't hear them anymore
Ya the bracelets can be a bit harsh, I love when she does the subtle flicks of her fingernails when flicking away bad energy
