I was there. Peter slapped my hand. Great band. Great show. Great times. Great life.
Thanks for posting. Golden era of Winterland which was a 4K concert hall and this black and white taken from 2 cameras on GA floor that would be shown on screen in real time. I'm pretty sure that the bands knew that the concerts would be presented to the audience in this manner, but lucky for us we get to watch it years later. These guys great party band. No deep lyrics here, but sure had a good time!
Seen them open for the Stones at Candlestick. Motor City Shakedown... Didn't catch this show sad to say. Seen my first show at WinterLand in 75...WinterLand was such a great place. Big rectangular building made for Ice Capades. Ended up being great for Rock and Roll. Standing in line and see Bill Graham b s in with people. Walk through the small lobby right on to the Floor of the concert.Great sound on this recording. Brought me right back to the times..😊
Sine them 19 times in a roll 1972 to 1980 the best party band ever
I Love This Band!
Thanks for the upload!!!
More to come
@@TherealKrwcoPresents I hope so. Anything from 1975-1980 would be great!

You couldn't find a better live performing band than these guys back then . Oh yes there were some extremely better bands but live??? These guys ruled.
The Wolf!
END THE FED. Gold IS money.
I saw the Eagles OPEN for them in the 70’s in Savannah as they were the headliner.
Fn classic!!!
I saw them open for Bob Segar when they had the single, "Run", was getting airplay. Segar wasn't popular yet, either. His song on the radio at the time was "Get Out of Denver" I'm sure there was probably an established main act, but can't remember who it was. More than likely, Reo Speedwagon or some other popular Midwest band. I'll try to find out who or it will drive me crazy! 😅 Btw, reason I brought it up was because I never forgot that concert. For the next week I was telling everyone who would listen about how great J. Geils band was. I started buying their albums and following them. I was happy for them when they hit it big in the MTV era. Update: The main act was KISS

Nice to (nearly) see here. I never knew Winterland was so cheap with their electricity bills. Sounds good. Wish their live albums would have rocked out this much... 1:27:50 !
Full house imho is one of the great live albums - way before frampton made live albums in vogue..despite recording , sound flaws their energy was strong. Somewhere there is a pbs soundstage recording with them several years before this that was so great . Wish I had a recording of that
@@gregb8565 So yes. Full House is a real JOY to listen to. I wish it was a double album.
ハマるぜ!ピーターバラカン!
Bill Graham recorded everything that came thru his clubs without telling the bands
Not true at all.
@@TherealKrwcoPresents Wishful thinking, if only.
