You can tell they've made some changes over the Christmas period to that Hyundai :D Even the sound when you lift off the throttle & brake is different now. Can't wait for Monte Carlo.

Indeed, it was looking almost quicker than Tänak + Toyota. More aggressive - trouble holding a smooth line, accelerations after correcting the line are instant. Power left over - too quick to steer on asphalt.
@@musaire Quicker than Ott, may be, but i dnt think so. Ott have a car that fit him as cauntlet, and even Hunday looks like more powerful, but on asphalt Ott was very slow against his new team mate Kris Meeke...
@@aimarvoites6792 I see Ott's driving lines and smoothness of breaking/acceleration are close to ideal. So, me too, I am thinking it's hard to beat that unless Neuville can tame that car into the same perfect smoothness. I know when I see aggression in driving style (as with Neuville and Meeke), this means the lines and accelerations and decelerations are not perfect because according to laws of physics the grip levels and G forces on turns are changing smooth, so a driver can take full advantage of it when going smooth only - e.g. if throttle could be applied aggressively, it could be applied even earlier and gradually, same goes with steering (at least on dry asphalt).

@@musaire Visually, but i think that Ott lost in many corners.... Ott was riding as on rails, but Kris was riding as Kris, and no Crash ;)
